About Us

For 15 years, Ayören Grup has worked in construction, urban renewal consultancy, architecture and real estate advisory services.

The experience our Chairman, Mehmet Oğuzhan AYÖREN, has gained from dozens of urban renewal projects shapes our expertise and approach. We apply that understanding to solutions tailored to the needs of each building and its owners.

In urban renewal, we start by listening to property owners. With support from engineering, architecture, legal advisers and independent valuers, we aim to make each stage clear and transparent. From preparing and comparing contractor offers to choosing a company and monitoring construction, we help owners make informed decisions.

In our construction and architectural work, we prioritise structural safety, thoughtful design, quality workmanship and delivery on schedule. We seek to create buildings that respect existing trees and their surroundings while retaining value over time. Our real estate team draws on the same technical knowledge when advising on sales, lettings and investment.

We are also developing KentApp, a digital application intended to make the urban renewal process more accessible and transparent by drawing on our practical project experience.
